The kids entertainer named leo was great with all the children. the pools were a big hit. There were three to choose from, including a kids slide pool and a splash pad! the artificial grass around the pool area was a bonus, preventing slips. there were also plenty of sunbeds available!
The bar service was occasionally slow. It could definitely benefit from more staff to speed things up!

cocktails at the bar tasted so good, and were handmade with care! there were options to pay for the all-inclusive buffet, which seemed reasonably priced and had a good variety of food! i thought the poolside snacks were nice too.

The hotel is only a short walk to the beach, really convenient! it's also close to many shops and restaurants. This makes exploring the area very easy. taxis were also easy to book from the hotel.

The kids club staff were so great. They were really involved with the kids! the night porter was also amazing. He always had a smile and was happy to help with recommendations!

fantastic areaindoor areaspacious room
i loved the pool area. it is fantastic and the children's indoor play area was nice for the kids too. rooms are also nice and spacious for a family with three or four members. the location was also quite good. it was ideal for shops and bus routes.
i think the bar wait times was long sometimes. it would be perfect with extra staff on the bar.

The pools kept the kids happy. That IS something.
The apartment was small AND quite dated. SOME fixtures were broken. the walls had marks, and the furniture seemed old. the bathroom felt worn, and the shower varied between HOT and cold.
